Originally, I saw my site being something along the lines of this site…the Library of Inspiration. I’ll let them explain:
The Library of Inspiration is a virtual library containing short reflections about music, literature, and film that have provided inspiration to the contributors of the site. The library’s intent is not to offer comprehensive reviews but rather a journey into inspiration, paying tribute in some way to what it was that aroused awakening.
It is an interesting “mission”. Even though the scope is small, I like where they are headed. It seems like this could be something where multiple people (or anyone for that matter) could discuss what inspires them. I know there are TONS of social applications out there, but not with this exact topic. Plus, if it was being moderated by someone, you could weed out people posting advertisements or irrelevant topics. On the Library of Inspiration, the text is well written and focused…not just a “post”. If ALL posts were like that, you might have a social application with a different spin. I see possibilities…
