		<description>If people are really interested in brain fitness they should checkout Posit Science.  I purchased the 2 user program a couple years ago for my parents.  They are different people.  Its awesome, unreal.</description>

		<description>I agree with you. Brain fitness is so important. Keeping the brain stimulated keeps your nerve cells active and prevents them from degenerating, which is what Alzheimer&#039;s is. It&#039;s the most common cause of dementia (impaired cognitive function). The scary part is that it can affect anyone and your chances increase with age! I know with my parents they play chess and do crossword and sudoku puzzles for brain exercise. I think this neurologist said it best, &quot;If you don&#039;t use it, you lost it!&quot;</description>
