Moto is not a place you would go every month or every year since it is an expensive place, but something I think everyone should experience at least. And considering I have not been inspired lately, it seems like a strange place for me to be inspired, but sometimes that happens. This was my first visit to a place that has a pre-selected 10 course meal. Every course is almost a performance in itself in the way it is presented to you. Food placed just so…it makes the artist in me take notice. I think I liked how a lot of the food was put in geometric shapes…the potatoes were in rectangles, the mahi mahi was cut into a square, and the cake was in the shape of a cube. One of the highlights of the night was the menu printed on to an edible cracker. I think I would have eaten the menu no matter what the taste was…
